A: At this time, Alignment Counseling & Therapy operates on a private-pay model only. I do not bill insurance directly, but I can provide superbills upon request for out-of-network reimbursement.

A: Standard sessions are 50 minutes. Longer or specialized sessions (e.g., premarital or group work) may differ in length and will be discussed in advance.

A: Research supports telehealth as an effective form of therapy for many presenting concerns. Virtual sessions allow you to engage from the comfort and privacy of your own space, making consistent care more convenient and accessible.
